The only fact in this matter is that Okra does help a little in lowering blood sugar. But that's just about it.
- Firstly there are many experiments that prove the above, but they have all been done on animals primarily.
- Secondly in all these experiment, the entire vegetable was fed. So this method of soaking in water is a sham.
- Okra does not cure diabetes.
